Application Support, Insurance, SQL Server, Administration of 0365 & Teams, PowerShell, Service Now
The role of the Application Support technician is to provide support and deputise for the current Application Support Manager on occasions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for backend support for Office 365, Microsoft Teams and the Visual desktop solution. This will include supporting all new developments and enhancements through the testing and release process. You will also provide subject matter expertise into projects and coordinate any technical backend related project work within the team.
The Head office is on Fenchurch Street, London, working for an Insurance company. Salary is circa £45,000. The flexibility to work occasional shift coverage including weekend and evening on-call coverage is required. The job is initially WFH with current lock-down rules however easing to a 3/2, office/home role. Full benefits package on offer.
