Our customer is a SaaS insurance leader. This role sits within a team specialists, located in Malaga (tech hub) and London (client-facing roles). They are seeking a Business Analyst for the Claims team which are due to be working across a new US project.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in support of a career in software development and business analysis, or strong functional understanding of the London Market Claims Management lifecycle
- Experience working within a software product team, as a business (systems) analyst, in the delivery of complex software to external customers
- Full lifecycle delivery experience – from requirements analysis and functional documentation stage, implementation of configuration changes, QA testing and review to go live stage
- Insurance sector experience
- Knowledge of London Marker Claims Management would be highly advantageous
- SQL skills
- Experience in TFS or a similar Agile PM tool (Rally)
- Basic knowledge of API’s, JSON would be optional and advantageous
