This London / West End company focuses on developing data driven software services for the transport /rail sector. They are going from strength to strength and require a new person to join the team. This is a permanent role, hybrid working (1/2 days a week office) paying circa £65k and a good benefits package. Personal development plans in place.
Main emphasis is to manage, monitor and remediate issues within AWS accounts and services to ensure further cloud security and building new platforms for a new product launch.
Day to day aspects will be;
- Working with the rest of the Cloud Security Operations team to identify any issues in supported AWS accounts
- Develop solutions to remediate issues using python/Javascript/IaC
- Productionise those solutions into the new generation security operations platform
- Provide 2nd level support to our customers to assist them in any issues they have with the security posture of their AWS accounts
This role will suit a candidate who has a developer outlook whilst a key interest in AWS security (Certification be ideal)
Python, Node.JS/JavaScript and CloudFormation /DevOps/DevSecOps is a desirable.
