Customer Success Support – SaaS

Located in great offices close to Liverpool Street station, with a team of 25 people (mainly developers) all working together on an industry winning cloud software platform seek a new team member to report to the current customer success manager.
The purpose of the role is to become an expert in cloud application support, responding to customers from around the world and becoming an integral part of the growing company and team.
Technically, you should be proficient with MS Office Suite, knowledge of troubleshooting the JavaScript console is desirable however should be keen to learn new technologies.
You will be a person who thrives on challenges and keen to provide ideas and ‘have a go’ – You will be a social person not afraid to integrate with the company, customers and not take problems/things to seriously.
As this firm is rapidly growing this will create exciting career progression plans around CRM and the potential to manage and deliver projects.
Basic salary range £20-30k. 22 days holiday, bonus scheme and working 9-5. September to January is a busy period, candidates would need to be prepared to work during this period.
