Located Euston London, our customer seeks a proven Business Analyst to work within the Digital Projects Team, initial length to end March 2019 with an extension likely. The teams have successfully delivered a large number of exciting projects recently including an Alexa skill, digital ticketing, and RCS messaging (the latest incarnation of text messages). The BA will work with the Digital Innovation team, E-Commerce, and external development teams to build new and enhanced customer facing applications.
Must Have Experience
Has been a Business Analyst for at least 5 years, a minimum 2 years of which must be on digital projects – web, mobile, or app
Worked for at least 18 months on Agile projects
Experience eliciting and prioritising requirements
Experience writing Acceptance Criteria – functional and non-functional – for a minimum of 2 projects
Experience supporting testing – conducting testing, organising UAT
Must Have Skills
Ability to identify critical issues
Ability to identify edge cases and solution/requirement/AC weaknesses
Ability to work and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Advantageous
Experience of developments hosted in AWS
Experience of voice skills
Experience documenting digital architecture – logical and physical
