Candidate required with advanced Excel, data manipulation, Xero financial and IT systems (placed)
A newly created role for a bookkeeper/finance admin/credit control candidate, to be based Oxford Circus London, working for a growing invoice finance company. The accurate day-to-day administration of the finance operations is crucial. To-date it has all been done by a director however this now needs to delegated to the new team member.
You will have fine attention to detail, strong work ethic, advanced MS Excel skills and experience in Xero are key. The person must also be personable and comfortable dealing with clients and working in a small company.
You will spend time monitoring and reconciling client financial flows in the banks accounts, Xero, MS Excel and in the newly built system they use.
With regards to the finance administration points, the person will collate and verify the required information relating to each invoice purchase transaction. You will also be responsible for the internal finance administration of the company.
The credit control function involves monitoring the invoices that they purchase, funds owed to them by clients, being able to communicate any issues to management and to be able to discuss related matters and any issues with clients.
