Our customer seeks an Application Support person (2x Placed)
This is a permanent role, salary circa £50k and benefits. City London however is a WFH role with a weekly visit to the office.
You will support the back-end support functions for office 365, TEAMS and the Virtual desktop solution along with the broking applications.
Working in an ITIL framework, this is a go-to technical role so need strong skills around SQL Scripting, PowerShell scripting, Software Deployment via Azure, Azure environment and a logical approach to Incident and Change Management (ServiceNow).
Further Duties to include:
* Stakeholder and SLA management
* Produce, Maintain technical support guidelines, documentation
* Daily, weekly, system checks
* Release Management, UAT knowledge
