IT Business Analyst

Tech BA, OO, UML, CRM skilled candidate local to Fleet required for a charity

The Business Analyst role sits within the IT department and is part of an ambitious initiative to offer quality service to the business with continuous improvement whilst supporting the strategic objectives of the IT Team.

Job Purpose

Working across the project life cycle, this role will work alongside business units, IT colleagues and third-party providers in a highly collaborative and delivery focused environment to ensure the implementation of well executed successful projects supporting the delivery of IT enabled business change across the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful Business Analyst will have a BSc in Computer Science or professional Business Analyst Certification e.g. ISEB, System configuration and SQL skill set, CRM work experience, knowledge of object-oriented methods and UML. Experience of all stages of project life cycle and report development and data manipulation are also necessary skills.
You’ll need great communication skills and be able to provide excellent customer service.

to £45k. 10% pension, 5 weeks holiday.
