SW London based customer needs an IT Support (O365/MCSA) to join the team (PLACED)
Chessington based customer seeking an IT Support candidate to join a small team working to support Head Office and some production based systems
This is a permanent position paying to £28k and benefits
- Proven work experience in IT support or IT Technician roles, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment
- Higher education college course in computing or IT support, or relevant education.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, ideally O365
- Practical experience with internet and networks
- Problem solving skills
- Strong team-working skills
- Technical documentation skills
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Finding logical and practical solutions to business operations, production, and IT challenges
- Desirable:
- Degree or advanced apprenticeship in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- IT operations/service desk or incident management experience
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Google IT support Professional Certification
