IT Support Specialist

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager in the London office (Fenchurch Street) you will be supporting the Manager and team across:

• Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Administration and Maintenance of in-house IT Systems
• Mentoring and coaching team members on the Service desk
• Infrastructure implementation

Knowledge Required:

• Insurance Broking Systems / London Insurance Market
• IT Enterprise architectures, implementation and operations
• Excellent communication skills, goal and deadline orientated
• Ability to deliver across projects and project management skills

IT Skills Required:

• IT Security
• Office 365
• Windows, Active Directory, Exchange Servers
• IT Enterprise Architectures
• Mimecast
• SAN
