A challenging assignment for an business consultant focus on process mapping (PLACED!)

This established business of 90 years, based on the outskirts of St Albans city centre, requires a Business Process Mapping Analyst/Consultant for project assignment.

The task is to work across 5 business units to identify the key business processes for each unit and deliver a process map for the individual functions, ultimately an overlay of all business functions.

You will use stakeholder management skills to interact with the business units, determine and establish the current business processes and prepare a complete set of flow charts covering any identified process gaps and bottlenecks within the business.

Seeking candidates to demonstrate skills around information gathering, process mapping, tracking issues, completing projects and excellent documentation skills – flow charts, text documentation.
