They have established relationships with some of the leading carriers in the industry enabling customers to use products to call over 1,000 destinations in over 240 countries around the world.

Headquarters are based in London, Tower Bridge, permanent role to £50k. Would suit a candidate looking to take a step up in career development plans.

The role

As part of the Marketing team the Product & Ecommerce Marketing Manager you will work to deliver on business objectives via innovative brand activation ideas in collaboration with internal teams. You won’t be afraid to get your hands dirty with the day to day while inspiring the wider team with your attitude for excellence, creative flair and passion for delivery to drive strategic business growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the global brand marketing strategy supporting all product categories and digital channels.
Create & plan marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, social media engagement & growth and website traffic.
Develop the ecommerce site to optimise customer user journey’s & improve conversions
Identify how to service customers online and minimise calls to customer services
Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage and deliver multi-channel campaigns
Develop effective marketing communications plans to engage and retain customers.
Deliver brand governance across the business through customer understanding; taking the brand proposition and values to define clear brand guidelines for all customer communications which deliver a distinct look, feel and tone of-voice;
Generate creative ideas & content strategy across all areas of the business;
Build and project manage marketing plans that incorporate all relevant areas of the business
Work with team members to manage brand image
Liaise with Design for all branded collateral across seasonal trading periods;
Develop and manage a product roadmap that drives marketing campaigns that reach new audiences whilst growing the customer base and delivering a strong ROI.
Role Accountabilities

Own company brand strategy including tone of voice and brand guidelines;
Create optimised customer user journeys to increase conversions on ecommerce sites
Work with internal stakeholders to deliver the brand strategy
Identify, track and optimize relevant campaign KPI’s to be able to provide campaign analysis and communicate to the wider business once delivered to determine ROI; recommending key optimisations for future campaign based on data insight;
Grow brand awareness through creative communication campaigns, media and category activation strategies;
Project management skills that help to establish clear global market to local market processes, ensuring world class delivery is achieved.
Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly monthly reporting with the Digital Marketing Manager

Solid experience working in e-commerce & brand’ in a digital marketing landscape
The ability to think creatively whilst ensuring to capitalize on every opportunity to increase brand, sales and profitability
Experienced in devising and implementing strategic marketing plans with creative flair;
Excellent team management and communication skills;
Results-driven, commercial approach
Have a flexible, positive and professional attitude
