Working within the digital technology team to focus on website management of the technology behind this well known, fast moving industry leader. Working with the commercial and marketing teams to deliver features and releases, manage sprints, and ensure timely resolution of issues. The role involves management of the remote development team, and also hosting provider and other suppliers. In addition to website technology management, there are opportunities to work on various new technology and innovation initiatives within the business.
Must have:
- Jira
- Agile experience
- Experience writing requirements / acceptance criteria
- Analytics (GA / Adobe)
- CMS experience (Sitecore a bonus)
- Understanding of website technology stacks
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, web security
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Sprint management and billing
- Release management
- Backlog grooming
- Project management of new developments: requirements, scope, costs, planning
- Troubleshooting
- Acceptance criteria writing and acceptance testing
- Jira management of bugs and features
- Daily calls
- Monthly calls to review supplier performance
- Hosting, security, pen test management
- SEO / tagging / analytics
- Incident management (downtime, serious bugs, etc)
- Seat sale preparation, reviewing load tests and monitoring
- New initiatives and innovation work
