Salesforce Administrator

Our customer is looking for a strong Salesforce Administrator to join the Global Operations Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a fast-moving growing company at an important time in the business expansion and transformation of the Operations team and offerings. Team ethos is to ensure they always provide colleagues and customers with the highest standard of excellent support. The role includes the responsibility of liaising closely with the customer & technical support, sales, finance, product and development departments to create a first-class Salesforce experience.
Responsibilities:
Know and own the entire Salesforce org within the company and therefore become the go-to Salesforce guru for the business
Perform ongoing Salesforce administration (create accounts/profile, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards, etc.)
Work alongside other department admins and/or developers to ensure all user support cases are actioned successfully
Support projects and implementations by gathering requirements and building efficient solutions
Alongside internal stakeholders, liaise and manage consultants during Salesforce development projects
Help prepare and deliver user training
Testing of new development features and Salesforce releases
Some developmental requirements where appropriate, however, development will be outsourced to consultants on a project basis
Responsible for ideas and innovation ensuring the CRM capability consistently gives an upper hand
Ensure all Salesforce org documentation and processes are recorded and maintained sufficiently
Occasional travel to other office for training purposes may be required
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of +3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator Certified ADM201 (required)
Proven experience of Salesforce CRM configuration (including the use of workflow, process builder, validation rules, reporting profiles and permissions)
Knowledge and experience in both Classic and Lightning Salesforce environments
Service, Sales & Community Cloud experience essential
Troubleshooting plus data cleansing experience
Desirable Skills
Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification – ADM 211
Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
Working knowledge of Apex and/or Visual force
Pardot experience an advantage

SALARY and PACKAGE:
Based in fashionable and well-located West London office. Adjacent to Westfield Shopping Centre, Shepherds Bush train station and Latimer Road tube station.
Cycle racks and showers available
Full time and permanent role
Salary £40,000 – £45,000 Depending on experience
Bonus – 10% of salary
