They are now looking for high performing business (systems) analystswho aspire to working with like-minded specialists, in roles that bring together the elements of business process consulting, software solution delivery and customer engagement

The opportunity

Technical Business Analyst

  • Client-facing role in the implementation of software products across a range of broking and underwriting customers
  • interacting with business users to scope the requirements and offer solutions that maximise the functionality of the software products
  • translating these into detailed, unambiguous and accurate functional requirement document;
  • collaborating with the design and development team to ensure appropriate solutions are produced;
  • playing a role across configuration, application development, data migration, testing, application acceptance and user training

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate:

The capability to operate flexibly within a challenging environment and ideally show us a track record based upon experience and/or a strong academic career.

Qualification and competencies:

  • Strong academic profile which typically would lead to a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical or technical field (mathematics, physics, engineering, business information science, economics etc)
  • several years business analysis experience gained optimally within a software vendor environment, or a consulting company
  • understanding of business process optimisation, process mapping and prior experience manipulating databases (SQL)
  • effective English communication skills in written and verbal contexts
