VIP Customer IT Support required for household name in Soho Square (PLACED)
The London Hub is a hot-desking environment, the office is pretty much entirely WiFi (Cisco Meraki) and at peak capacity is home to circa 40 colleagues.
Printing is via Equitrac,
the role is essentially for Deskside support, they are an Office 365 house and have a few Apple Macs.
Most importantly the candidate must be confident / competent in VIP support for the office including our C-Suite. Experience with Video Conferencing kit is a must, ideally MS Teams Rooms (or Yealink).
