The role of Digital Systems Analyst will be responsible for the performance and accuracy of the digital channels (Delivery, C&C, White-label, Loyalty, Kiosks).
You will be supporting integrations, menu management audit, new store openings, and daily technical support operations across the estate. The sector is Quick Service Restaurants.
You will be based 3 days a week in the Kentish Town / Camden offices. Working with a capable team, who are fully supportive for onboarding and employment success. This is an initial fixed term role for 6 months. ASAP start.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Deliverect (Point of Sale (POS), Delivery systems) for onboarding and set up delivery/mobile integrations for new stores.
- Maintain and audit digital menus across POS, kiosks, and delivery platforms.(drag and drop)
- Provide daily technical support for ordering systems, integrations, tablets, and kiosks.(full training)
- Monitor channel uptime, failed orders, and digital KPIs.
- Liaise with tech partners (Deliverect, Acrelec, aggregators, Slerp, Pepper).
- Test and roll out new digital features.
- Support POS migration and kiosk rollout projects.
