Our client is seeking an experienced Communications Consultant to join their growing pensions communications team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pensions communications professional with strong client management skills, creative flair, and a passion for transforming complex information into clear, engaging communications across print and digital channels.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, lead communications projects, develop high-quality content, and work closely with designers and stakeholders to deliver effective member communications. They will also contribute to communication strategies, campaign development, business development activities, and the creation of innovative products and services.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience in pensions communications, working with fee-paying clients.
  • Strong understanding of the UK pensions market, products, schemes, and providers.
  • Proven ability to write engaging, accurate, and accessible content for a range of audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisational, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Experience working across print, web, video, and digital communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with design and AI tools.

Desirable:

  • Pensions or investment qualifications.
  • Knowledge of pensions legislation.
  • Experience contributing to pitches, proposals, or thought leadership activities.
