We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional to lead the delivery of multiple complex projects within a highly regulated operational environment.
This role will focus on delivering new capabilities and enhancements for both new and existing clients, working closely with Product Management and cross-functional delivery teams. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of project delivery are consistently maintained across timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, including new product launches, major system modules, and incremental enhancements
- Collaborate with Product, Technical, and Business Analysis teams to ensure successful outcomes
Planning, Control & Reporting
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, ensuring appropriate governance and controls
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively, fostering strong working relationships
- Provide clear, accurate, and transparent reporting on project status, risks, and progress
Team Leadership
- Provide direction, support, and constructive challenge to delivery teams and partners
- Promote high-quality outputs aligned to agreed timelines and standards
- Encourage collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Commercial Oversight
- Support commercial activities by ensuring Statements of Work are clearly defined and agreed
- Ensure commercial models accurately reflect resource requirements, rate structures, and recurring revenue elements
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in project management within a complex operational or infrastructure-based environment
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience using established project management tools and frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, negotiate outcomes, and resolve issues constructively
- Strong leadership capability, with a track record of motivating teams and driving high performance
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- PRINCE2 (or equivalent) certification
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
